Butterfly Day

Join Nature Educators to discover the beauty and incredibly unique qualities of butterflies, moths and caterpillars! Flutter around and enjoy games, sweep netting, the caterpillar enclosure, migration station, play in Grasshopper Grove, and a craft. Observe Nature Educators release Monarchs at 12pm and 3pm. Children and adults alike will get a thrill getting “up close and personal” with butterflies in the Butterfly Tent (one ticket is included with each paid admission). Register for a ½ hour slot during which you will have several minutes to enter and enjoy the Butterfly Tent, meet them up close and try to hand feed them (PLEASE NOTE: you may only enter the Butterfly Tent during a portion of your selected time slot) offered at 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 1:30pm, 2pm and 2:30pm.)
