Delaware County Symphony Presents: A Holiday Chamber Concert
Celebrate the warmth and joy of the holiday season with an enchanting afternoon of music at Delaware County Symphony’s Holiday Chamber Concert on Sunday, December 1st! This festive event promises to be a delightful experience for families and music lovers alike.
Join us for our second chamber concert of the season, featuring guest conductor Joseph Lorini, who will lead the chamber orchestra in a performance of the Christmas Overture by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. This beautiful piece will set the perfect tone for an afternoon filled with both light classical music and beloved traditional carols. The concert will showcase various ensembles, including strings, woodwinds, and brass. For the conclusion to this special concert, all performers will unite for a joyful holiday sing-along, providing an opportunity for everyone in attendance to join in and celebrate the season together. It’s a perfect way to create lasting memories with family and friends.
The Holiday Chamber Concert will be on December 1, 2024, at 3:00 PM in Neumann University’s Meagher Theatre. Tickets for the concert may be purchased at dcsmusic.org/tickets
