Facilitation Lab Philadelphia with Voltage Control

Whether you’re a seasoned facilitator or just getting started, Facilitation Lab Philadelphia is your safe space to push boundaries, test new ideas, and level up your facilitation skills through real-time practice.
This month, we’re thrilled to feature a hands-on session inspired by Jake Knapp (author of Design Sprint) and his brand-new book Click: How to Make What People Want. We’ll explore a powerful activity from the Foundation Sprint – a 2-day workshop framework that helps teams kick off projects with clarity and purpose. Specifically, we’ll be practicing Differentiators, an exercise designed to help teams define what makes their product or service radically different and unmistakably valuable.
The session uses our dynamic Practice Playground format – a collaborative, role-play-based experience that allows you to try new techniques in a low-stakes, highly supportive environment. Come ready to step into the facilitator role, give and receive feedback, and sharpen your approach in real time.
Get the most out of your evening! Let’s learn by doing – together.
