Family Shofar Workshop

Why do we blow the shofar? What animal horns are Kosher for a Shofar? How do I blow the shofar? Come get to know the shofar and make some noise! During this Greenpoint Youth program children will learn about the shofar with Rabbi Rothstein, and practice blowing a real shofar with  the Ba’al Tokeah, lead shofar blower, the Hon. Adam Perlmutter. Ages 3-10.
