Greater Philadelphia City Nature Challenge

Between April 25 and April 28, 2025, Philadelphia and its adjacent counties will be competing against 700 other cities in the world to see who can find the most species of wildlife in their regions. To participate, simply take photos of any wildlife – animals, pants, fungi – during the 4 days of the competition and upload to inaturalist.org or directly with the iNaturalist app. You can also attend one of the many guided walks we have during this time.
