Following the book Universal Compassion by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, these classes will give a practical and uplifting explanation of how we can transform our day-to-day lives –iincluding even the most demanding and difficult situations – into opportunities for personal and spiritual development. Ancient meditative techniques that have been tried and tested for centuries are brought alive and made relevant to our everyday experiences.

Classes are taught by Resident Teacher Sarah Frew. Sarah is a senior teacher and teaches Teacher Training Program, Foundation Program, General Program classes, day courses and retreats. She is a long time disciple of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Through her joyful and engaging manner, she shares Buddha’s teachings in a kind-hearted and warm way. She was trained as a scientist and works as a strategy consultant.
