Life’s WORC ‘Thursday Night Fever’ fundraiser at the Cradle of Aviation

“Thursday Night Fever” fundraiser March 2 at the Cradle of Aviation to raise funds for special-needs population

GARDEN CITY — Long Islanders will dance the night away for a good cause Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 6:30-10:30 p.m. at the Cradle of Aviation. Sponsored by HUB International Northeast, proceeds from the event will go to support programming at Life’s WORC, which works with special-needs and autistic populations on behavioral, occupational, social and others areas. Join others in dancing to the music of “That 70’s Band,” enjoying cocktails and food and taking part in dance contests and a 1970s-themed costume contest.

HUB, which provides business insurance and risk-management services, employee benefits and other services, is a long-time supporter of Life’s WORC.

The Garden City-headquartered organization works with clients across Long Island and New York City. They provide group homes; the Family Center for Autism; and WORC Force, which helps prepare clients for job readiness.
