Passyunk Passeggiata: Open Streets Edition

East Passyunk Avenue is the ultimate local hangout on Thursday evenings this summer — and now the streets are open! Home to 160+ independently-owned restaurants and shops in the heart of South Philadelphia, the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) is excited to host single-block Open Streets events during the shop & stroll Passyunk Passeggiata on select dates in July and August:

Thursday, July 24th on East Passyunk Ave between Mifflin and Moore Streets

Enjoy car-free streets, sidewalk shopping, special food and drink offers, and more up and down the avenue! See the block decorated in an Italian Riviera beach theme, and enjoy street games alongside live musical performances, outdoor music hosted by Stogie Joe’s Tavern, and live karaoke at DaVinci & Yu!

July 24th Open Streets Passeggiata programming includes:

Stogie Joe’s Tavern – Music outside as well as spiked John’s water ice!

Nutmeg NA Bar – Open late!

Addeo’s Barber Shop – Open until 9:00 p.m. as well as wine sampling!

Favors and Flavors – Acai bowls, Dubai Strawberry cups, and freshly made lemonade, all served outside!

P’UNK Burger – Enjoy a special sidewalk cafe with 10% off for BYOB! + Live music, $6 Nadia Single Smash Burger, $7 Vanilla, chocolate or BW Shake, and vegan options too!

N.R.S. Boutique – Sidewalk setup and drinks to sip and shop!

Meister’s Barbershop – Tabling, selling artwork, vintage barber tools, & hair products!
