The Song of Silence

Are you ready to be whisked away to a land outside of time, where the roads once merged, and the citizens lived in peace and harmony with their neighbors? Fast forward a few decades and what becomes of a town where, in the best interests of everyone, they decide to shut themselves off from the rest of the world? What happens when music and art become forgotten?

Humming? Singing? Dancing? Not in this musical!

The town of Colliwomple was the perfect little town at the crossroads, full of friendly people, warm inviting places to stay, and lots of bustle. Until, of course, it wasn’t. It is hard to say exactly when the change started, why guests became strangers and strangers, enemies, but it was not too long before the good people of Colliwomple had erected a large wall to keep others out and their citizens in.

A town once set to the tune of adventure and merriment suddenly went silent, hidden away, and for a hundred years, it stayed that way. The thing is, no one left remembers why, only that it’s for their own good. What lies beyond the wall is dangerous, but when a group of kids dares to question, to wonder, to dream of what is possible if they break free, they might find that the adults aren’t always right! Come join us on the whimsical journey of The Song of Silence, a story of finding our voices, no matter what obstacles stand in our way!
