Tuesday Night Meditation

Learn Buddhist meditations and practices that help to reduce your anxiety, increase your mental peace, and improve your relationships. Classes include guided meditations, teachings and time for questions. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. Tuesdays at 7:00-8:00pm. $15 per class.
