Warby Parker Store Opening 80th and Columbus

Warby Parker will be opening its 17th retail location in NYC at 80th & Columbus, which will also be known as the Warby Parker Museum of the Blue-Footed Booby. The Museum of the Blue-Footed Booby museum is an ode to their long-standing unofficial mascot, the blue-footed booby, and the location is right at home across the street from the Museum of Natural History. To celebrate the opening, Warby Parker is hosting a fun-filled day. There will be complimentary cookies and museum-style buttons to take home, as well as free postcards featuring artwork of the blue-footed booby by New York based artists Maira Kalman, Julia Rothman, Nate Padavick, and Or Gotham (who also created custom in-store artwork at the new location).
